Machine specifications:
1.Robot should be in a box of 25x25x25 cm
2.At any given point the weight of robot should not exceed 3kg.
3.Constant power supply can be on board or off board
4.Voltage supply should not exceed 18v
5.Use of any type of sensor such as optical, infra red, tactile etc is allowed.
6.Use of any kind of readymade parts or lego parts in any form is allowed
Track specifications:
1.Basically black line will be present on white surface
2.Width of the black line will be 2 cm
3.The line will be zigzag with sharp turns and loops
4.Track will consist of slope of 5 to 10 degree in 2nd round.
Rules:
General:
1.Team should be present at the specified time
2.Robot should be placed at the starting point before race
3.Robot will be disqualified if not able to show motion for more than one minute
4.A team can place more than one robot or re-registration of same robot is allowed
5.To win the race, robot should complete track in minimum time
6.Tampering of track in any way will lead to disqualification
Eligibility:
1.Team should consist of maximum four members
2. Members should have valid identity of their respective institute
3. Team can be formed by members of different colleges
Note:
1. Any changes in rules will be highlighted on website
2. Criteria about penalties, hand touches and bonus points will be declared at the time of competition.

Judging criteria:
1.Track will consist of several check-points
2.Completion of each check-point will provide you positive points
3.Any kind of hand touch will lead to reduction of points
4.Maximum three hand touches are allowed
5.Winner will be chosen on the basis of points
6.In case of tie, result will be finalized on time basis
7.Decisions made by judges will be final and binding to all
