We, at SGGS for the very first time in the history of technical fest bring to you an Intercollegiate Fashion Show, howzzat???
It will be an event showcasing the latest trend, be it Indian or Western, present in the fashion field today. After all you are what you wear, isn’t it???
So come join us in this new symposium, show off your style, what you actually are!!!
Rules:
General:
- •There will be a maximum of 8 members per team.
- •Costumes, make-up, props etc. will NOT be provided by the organisers.
- •Music Systems, Equalisers if required will be provided by the organisers but they should be informed a minimum of 10 Days PRIOR (i.e., at around 23rd or 24th February 2010) to the main event.
Contest Organization and Content:
- Participation in the program will involve two days, 5th & 6th march that is Friday & Saturday, Results will be declared on 7th of march in the evening.
- Do not leave the contest building for any reason (other than the workshop) without permission from the contest chairs.
- Ramp will be of size 18X6 show must be set up according to ramp specifications.
Judging Criteria:
Members Will:
- Select colors and silhouettes to enhance personal coloring and body type.
- Coordinate and accessorize an ensemble suitable to an occassion.
- Acquire poise, practice good grooming, and improve posture
- Recognize good fit and quality construction.
- Enhance personal development through modeling and stage presence.
- Broaden interaction with youth from across the Commonwealth.
- Acquire new ideas and improvements in the fashion world.
- Acquaint themselves with faculty, services, and facilities of The SGGS institute.
